“First watch continues to add new seasonal specials. Every few months, it seems like a whole new offering. Today, they expertly handled a group of 15 including toddlers. They worked the balance of getting food fast to the littles and allowing adults to catch up. We were neither rushed nor left waiting long for our food. Our server made splitting the check look effortless. Each dish looked as good as the next as they were brought out. Zero mistakes and tons of high points. Only one little older woman in line ahead of me, struggling with the credit card reader while propounding the virtues of the cashier's highschool teachers. The cashier could not have been nicer! She acknowledged each of the woman's comments with a smile and the appropriate response even after explaining that she was graduating from University. She handled my request with equal efficiency, patience and courtesy even though I had forgotten my Panera card. In nearly record time I was back on the road with my prize secured.”

“Today October 9th, I had a routine service cleaning of my furnace. Mark T (Tech) was the gentleman who came out and performed the service. First I want to commend him for being on time as promise. Secondly, I want to commend him for his professionalism. He was very friendly, courteous, and respectful. Thirdly, Mark T went above and beyond the call of duty. I had a total hip replacement surgery 4 weeks ago and was able to get down on my knees to light my gas furnace fireplace. I shared that with Mark and he offered to light it for me. Even though that’s not what he was here for, yet he took the time to light my fireplace. In my opinion, that is professionalism at its best. Mark T exemplifies what customers services is all about. “I love, love, love the place! The staff is wonderful! Buffy is awesome! She helped me find the distinct pair of frames that would go with every accessory! LOL Dr. Avila is awesome! He explained intricate details of my eye exam and results. From the receptionist to the optician, to the eye doctor have Ossip Optometry (Willow Lake) provide outstanding customer service. They are a little pricey.. but it is worth every dime! I refuse to go to anyone else. They have the latest up to date equipment and eyeglass frames. Thank you Ossip Optometry for excellent care and service! Your team is wonderful!! ”

They will walk you to the spot where the item that you are looking for is. They bag your stuff for you in real brown paper bags, not the flimsy, ultra light, rips before you get it home plastic bags.
