“I was very pleasantly surprised with this spa. I received a gift card to Allure from my boyfriend for Christmas after asking him to book me a massage. He pointed it out on our way home one night and I was a bit apprehensive since the sign says Allure Lashes and Laser. Booking my massage was very easy with their online booking site and when I arrived for my appointment, Brittany was immediately ready for me. She did a great job asking about pressure, focus areas, trouble spots, etc. before the massage. I was very comfortable with the level of privacy, ambiance, music, and my favorite, the heated bed. I booked the Massage Monday deal this time (because I couldn't pass up the value!), but can definitely see myself splurging on a longer massage in the future. Long story short, I was very happy with my massage and would highly recommend it to others!”

She is clearly in her element teaching yoga, and her manner of teaching flows organically from her wise, grounded and authentic way of being. She is able to adapt the poses to meet the student where they are with grace and ease. I feel blessed to have had the benefit of attending Colleen's yoga classes. Each class is a comprehensive, enjoyable and deeply relaxing experience for body, mind and spirit. I feel that yoga with Colleen is one of the best kept secrets in Indy that needs to get out. “I have been very impressed with the entire staff at this location. Especially Pat Safstrom who came to my home, almost an hour away, to explain how the two different masks fit on the tubing. I brought a different mask home to try and couldn’t figure out how to attach it to the tubing. My error! I have felt they needed a bigger office and was so happy to hear they are moving to a larger location and Pat is planning to better organize the supplies. This is a very very busy office and I know they try very hard to keep on top of things. I have NEVER been disappointed in any of my visits or in the staff. Again, a shout out to Pat!”

“I have been at Fast Track physical therapy on and off throughout my many Orthopedic issues. My physical therapist was Brian Horner, who I personally think it's absolute best. I recently approached him about my really bad trigger-finger. Doctor tried shots and a few other things but nothing worked & so surgery was what they were recommending. So I approached Brian and asked him if there was anything he can do but in the back of my mind I felt a little bit embarrassed because it was the middle finger. But he told me he thought he could help me and because I trust him totally, I tried therapy on my hand and finger. So the first few visits I having my doubts because the manual therapy wasn't bad but theneedling, it hurt but I continued and hand and finger started to feel much much better. So, the small amount of pain is worth the wonderful results! I am no longer considering surgery on my hand and should it flare up again I know where to go to get it fixed. Thanks to Brian and his team for being extremely understanding and caring because the beginning of these treatments for me were painful but that small amount of pain was just really worth the awesome results! So if you need Physical Therapy of any kind, all you need to do is come to Fast Track Physical Therapy and do not waste your time anywhere else because they are the absolute best!”

“Nice and clean facility. A walking track, a big swimming pool, a big basketball court, exercise machine and exercise classes are on second floor and the locker rooms are nice and clean. I see daily couple with kids in the pool or using machine, seniors are walking on track. Good for one health as well as some things for family involvement. Small veteran office and computer room and community room for meeting or cooking classes as well as a chapel Great place for every one”
