“When I went to the walk-in clinic at IU Health Orthopedics & Sports Medicine with a broken wrist I was seen by Dr. Sibai. After viewing my x-rays he gave me a thorough explanation of the expected outcomes of possible alternative treatments. When I chose the surgical option, he made arrangements to perform the surgery that afternoon. During my five week recovery period I had access to the professionally staffed Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy units. My wrist now feels completely normal and I am able to use it as before with no restrictions, thanks to Dr. Sibai. We are very fortunate to have such a high quality, complete and well managed orthopedic care facility in Bloomington.”

Due to my health, I need to see her about every 3 months. I find my appointments are most productive if I am prepared with any questions/ideas I have about new medications, treatments, lab work, etc. In other words, she is good with pro-active patients. Dr. Thompson is always very open to discussing my concerns without making me feel dumb for asking a question that seems like it has an obvious answer. “I have always received good customer service from the receptionist and whoever answers the phone when I called. It does take a long time to get an appointment (other than an emergency appointment), but that was true of my former physician as well. Their lab is also quick and efficient. The woman who took my blood there was the best phlebotomist I have ever come across. I highly recommend this place.”
