  The water softener I ordered came exactly as described, but then I realized I had ordered the wrong one. I contacted them and was able to get the situation corrected on my first phone call. Great customer service and highly recommended company to work with.

  I was reluctant to buy a water softener online but glad I did. I bought a water softer from A Plus Water in September of 2015 and its worked great ever since. They were patient and helpful with me while walking me through the setup over the phone and every time I have called since. I just called again asking about buying a whole house filter (on a well) and they walked me through tweaking the softener settings and told me to call back if that didnt work. I was very impressed as most places dont turn away a chance to sell you. I would not hesitate to use them.
