“I had a root canal scheduled, but in the meantime my tooth was in very bad pain. I called Dr. Cuellar after hours because I was desperate for relief. He called in an antibiotic and steroid for me because he said it sounded like it was infected. I can't take Vicodin or Tylenol with codine because they make me sick, so he told me to alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen. It wasn't helping and I didn't sleep at all that night because I was in excruciating pain. I reached out to him again for advice and he told me to meet him at his office (within the hour) and he would try to help me alleviate the pain until my appointment. Him and his assistant came into the office on a Sunday morning to help me. And YES...it worked. I am so grateful to him and his staff. I've loved this office since my first visit this past year, and now I love it even more. Not many dentists would do that. Him and his staff are so friendly and really care about the needs of their patients. If it weren't for him, I would have been up all night again crying from pain. Thank you!”
