Normally, I know what I'm looking for. Today, I didn't. Jaclyn asked if I needed help and I did. I was looking for replacement parts for something built in the 70s and though the store did not have the parts she explained to me with a few new grommets I could retrofit the part to make it work again. Went home, tried it out, and it worked great. Thanks for the five star customer service Jaclyn!
