“I have owned the hearing aids for 7 months. They work very well for me with severe high frequency hearing loss in both ears. The owner has been very helpful in educating me in proper use and cleaning. I must underscore...these work very well but do require gentle cleaning for me about twice weekly. The Bluetooth connection is a bit touchy; however, having it on your iphone allows you to reinstall it if it drops or needs updating. Having separate settings for universal and television are very important to gain the most. I enjoyed Christmas concerts better this year than in many years past. Working with the technical staff is critical for the best experience. I wear mine everyday.”
