I know enough about cars to do things for myself & hold a conversation, but still a lot of shops try to convince me things are broke or need replaced when I'm fully aware they do not (because I personally changed it or had it done resently) or simply talk to me like I know nothing about cars. THIS shop however, was not like that. Got the job I wanted done with ease and professionalism. And the gentleman at the desk was a delight to chat with during my wait. He kept myself and other clients engaged during down time to make it a great experience. The mechanics were also very professional and got the job done correctly. “I bought/reserved my tires online. Have to go in to schedule an appointment. Which its not clearly stated online. No reminders about your appointment, so make sure u got it down. They only take like 2 walk ins per day. So if u go that route, make sure u can leave your car with them until they get to you. Also be there early(when they open that day) if your hoping for a walk in. Also somtimes hard to get ahold of somone in the department when you call.”
