“It took one sip for me to start planning my second drink. It's that good. The ordering kiosks make it easy to order and customize your drink. I think it also keeps the lines moving which is good because it was quite busy on one of my visits. My only complaint is the pricing. It is a little expensive compared to other bubble tea shops I've visited. But they do have a lot of options (it was my first chance to try cheese foam), quality drinks, and fast service. I'll definitely be going back.”

“I can’t even describe this place accurately. You can go as a complete stranger and leave feeling connected and important. Their food is phenomenal and I was introduced to it by a wonderful friend. It’s tucked away in a nice quiet place to help you forget about the chaotic world we live in. It’s surrounded by woods and is so peaceful! There are even cute little trails to walk around in and you can just sit and watch the wildlife. They had an elderly dog when I went. I love that dog, so chill! Thanks for having this place, it’s one of my favorites!”

“Oh my word, cannot say enough good about The Staff/Owners at the Charles. My husband and I needed a cute Indoor location for family/wedding party pictures to stay warm during our freezing winter wedding weekend and I LOVED the inside of the Charles. So I emailed them for this somewhat different request and even though we didn't rent the whole venue for our big weekend or use all of the amazing services they had to offer, they treated us like we paid top dollar!!!!! I can only imagine how they handle "real" clients. They were so accommodating and kind. Not to mention the venue and all it has to offer is absolutely amazingg!!! I have been to Fort Wayne so many times and didn't know it was there, will definitely be recommending to someone many of my friends and family who need a place for their big day. He was able to comply and give me Ten Dollars in Ones for my Ten Dollar Bill . I was going to an Easter Egg Hunt and I wanted to put a Dollar in the Eggs.
