“I joined Burn Boot Camp in Prosper at the end of January 2021. I am not someone who enjoys going to the gym at all, but I needed to make a change for me. Walking in the first morning for 5am camp was scary, but I was instantly welcomed. The camps are challenging and never boring and there is a wide variety of fitness levels who attend. I never feel singled out or judged for having to modify an exercise if needed. The trainers are highly skilled and encouraging and challenge you to be your best.
