The nurse that took me back for blood pressure reading and questions was friendly, engaging, and down to earth. I don't remember her name but she wore black glasses and had long black hair. NP Amanda was awesome. She too was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The building was clean and organized. It was like an assembly line and I'm Not upset about that. “I brought Charlie in three weeks ago for a massive ear hematoma. The office was super efficient and got him right in for surgery the same day. Everyone we spoke to or had any interaction with was friendly, caring and I definitely felt like they all had Charlie’s best interests in mind. That being said, I do have to agree with several other reviews, they are EXPENSIVE. I understand as an emergent care facility, the price is obviously more than a regular vet, this was just a lot more than I could have anticipated. Both vets that spoke with us (Dr. Dodda and Dr. Siva) and handled Charlie over the last three weeks are knowledgeable and supportive, all the techs obviously love animals as well. Everyone made sure we understood all care instructions and medications and gave us an estimate before anything was done. We fully appreciate the level of care our dog received here just wish price was a little more manageable. Will return again if needed though!”

“Excellent!! If you have a cold or flu, or need a vaccine, have allergy issues, and probably a lot more, this is the place. I asked the NP why people were lined up out the door at the Urgent Care across the parking lot, and she said they did x-rays, sutures, and set broken bones. But in reality, my guess is those people at the other were there for colds and flus and didn't know about The Little Clinic. I was in and out in 20 minutes, and half hour after that had my amoxicillin from the Kroger pharmacy, (less than $4) and the next morning felt really good. And, so far I've not paid a single dime for the visit. Win-win-win. Oh, and the NP was really good looking.”
