I recently got a call from their office for a follow-up visit to check that the hearing aids were still working properly. While there, she also checked and cleaned the hearing aids and fitted them with new cushions. She indicated that they do this regularly. This is a great follow-up service she provides. The food is nutritious and plentiful. Working with people with memory deficit is difficult work. Our Caregivers are dementia trained and know how to redirect, or coax our residents to optimal results. The owner works tirelessly to make our resident's lives the best they can be. If my parents would move to Indiana I would house them here in a minute - I hope if needed this is the type of facility I could be in if I struggle with memory problems.”
