“Good spot to work out for the price. It's real convenient to have a 24 gym locally especially if you have a 9-5 job and have to go at odd times like 5AM or 10pm. I would advise staying clear of it between 3pm-6pm. That's the busy hours when it's filled with all the "Bros" doing nothing but bicep curls and looking at themselves in the mirror too busy to put weights back or wipe equipment down. The only down side is that there are no showers available”

“Been to Dr. Phelan twice. I never been to a chiropractor before him. I had several surgeries recently that effected my neck and spine. I was having intense neck pain. He explained and showed me from diagrams and books how and why they were effected. He also showed me exercises to correct it. Took his time explaining and made me feel very comfortable. He is both very personable and very professional. Each time I went I noticed improvements. Yesterday was my second visit. I was in pain but much less then before my first visit. He made corrections and last night after my appointment I slept 11 hours straight. Today my neck feels so much better I and cannot quit smiling...”
