I was seen by his daughter, Dr Ann Carol Preuss. She was very kind and professional. Thankfully X-rays did not show any breaks, just torn ligaments and bruising. She wrapped me in a soft cast and boot and I already feel much better with ice and anti-inflammatory meds. The staff is great, too!”
