“Very clean and well kept. Rooms are a little small if you're traveling with a lot of people but other than that it's great. If you're in to a spooky time too, there's a secret hallway on the 3rd floor for any adventurers out there too. The staff is very friendly and the beds are extremely comfy. The shower water actually isn't freezing cold either! Nice and warm. Only downside is that there is no kitchen area in the rooms, just a coffee maker. All other appliances like a microwave or ice maker are either in the hallways or down in the lobby.”

“Wonderful place to stay, very clean and bright! Was super helpful to have the shuttle to the airport that runs every 30 minutes. Also, when I returned from my trip (at 9pm), my car battery was dead as a door nail. The staff were so helpful and called their on-call maintenance staff to come help me try to jump my car! The front desk staff even told me (before we got my car battery working again) that if we couldn't get it jumped, I could stay the night and she would give me a discounted rate! I will definitely stay there again.”

“I was surprised at how nice this hotel was. The lobby and rooms were clean, the staff was very pleasant and VERY responsive. The mini-fridge in our room stopped working one day, they had it fixed very quickly. The breakfast was good and fresh every morning, the dinning room was clean. We didn't swim, but we saw others swimmings and the pool looked very clean. It was a really nice stay.”

“I’ve read several reviews on this hotel, I never judge a book by its cover, as nobody else should. Most of the reviews took place when the old management and staff was here; now they have a brand new GM and team. Yes they have a long ways to go but they have made changes and lots of them for the better but we have to be understandable about the situation. Yes I had a rough start when checking in and I had an issue but I talk to GM and within 2 mintues she had everything fixed and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The workers don’t bother me, yes the work all day and night, big deal, they are trying to make this hotel a better place to stay. Yes they don’t have breakfast, so ask the front desk to order donuts, milk and coffee from somewhere, I’m sure that wouldn’t be a problem, it’s a good place to stay. Friendly staff, and they are working hard on changing the culture of the hotel so they can provide the best service, the best room with the best rates. When I come back to Indy for business I will be staying here. You have to be able to see the bigger picture and I do, so they will always get my business!!!!! Thank you Management, I appreciate everything and the lady that’s the manager over housekeeping, you’re awesome!”

“The room is very nice, and the bed very comfortable. I've had a couple of the best nights sleep here. The staff are friendly and the cleaning crew does a fabulous job. The only reason I give it a four is because the breakfast is mediocre. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with guacamole spread. It was a microwaved sandwich with an extraordinary thin amount of the guacamole. Disappointing. Otherwise, a great experience.”

“I do admit I tend to avoid the restaurants at hotels. Portions tend to be small and prices high for what I get. Flavor tends to be lost between the kitchen and table. But this time things were different. Nicolinos was able to fuse portion price and flavor into a excellent lunch. I had beer batter cod with fries and sweet tea. Good portion with great flavor and prices that won't scare your wallet. In the words is Anton Ego " I'll be back, hungry for more".”

It's close enough to downtown that you can get there in just a few minutes, and there are a lot of nice restaurants and shops around. Will definitely be staying here again on return trips.”
