“Guys were friendly but charged more for labor than advertised rates. Showed up at 8:50 was gone by 12:50 and charged $495 for labor. The bill was $5 over the quote but charged the quoted price but it seems like it should have been less seeing as he advertises $125 first hour and $85 hour after. I ended up paying $123.75 an hour. They did good work. I had a question after they left and he did return my call promptly. Would use again but would get clarity on labor cost first.”

Both Jeff and Russ were very polite and respectful of our home. They worked quickly and thoroughly to diagnose the problem. They explained what they were doing and options to fix the problem. They stayed through a short cycle to make sure it was fixed correctly. Luckily, it was an easy fix that time and they had laundry going shortly after.
