I had to get a new debit card and forgot to change my payment method. They went out of their way to notify me instead of letting my payment fail and losing all of my stuff in storage. Then again when I switched banks. I am forgetful and they were so kind reaching out to me to let me know. Jerry is the nicest guy I have ever met! My first visit was very thorough and they made sure they knew the full extent of my injury and took all the time to make sure I understood everything too. They gave me great exercises and stretches to rehabilitate my shoulder. My next visit was a very thorough workout. They made sure that I was improving. My results were very surprising to me. I healed a lot faster than I ever could’ve imagined and it was all due to ProActive and the effort they put in to make sure every detail was taken care of. I now feel better than I did before my injury and now I have a toolbox of exercises and stretches to hopefully prevent a recurrence. “So far it’s only been today with my experience as in just obtaining a unit .. the process was fairly easy and hassle free … however I arrived and my gate code didn’t work but ELLIE at the front desk immediately fixed that issue in less than 2 min . Next issue was my unit had a extremely big hole in it to where I can see into the next unit and their items .. ELLIE immediately resolved it by transferring me to a new unit same size for my monthly amount and it was done with a smile . She was really nice , patient and a resolution specialist ! … My stars are for ELLIE mainly it’s been day one so I’ll re rate when I’m there longer”
