“I will never use another appliance company ever again. We moved to Ft. Wayne last week from Bellingham, MA to a house that desperately needed appliances. Instead of going to a big box store, I thought I’d try a local place. Elwood’s was about ten minutes away, and had good reviews, so I gave it a shot. I was met by Mike, who was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest. He gave me a run down of the inventory, and informed me that a new order would be arriving in a few days. I told him that I would return then. When I returned (yesterday), there was indeed more stock, but I was happy selecting what I had my heart set on earlier. I was once again helped by Mike and two younger men who were brothers. The purchasing process was smooth and the price was UNBEATABLE. They informed me that the three appliances would be delivered within 24 hours, and for only $50! I was beside myself. Today came, and I received a call that they could deliver the appliances two hours earlier. They showed up, moved the appliances, and installed them quickly. That included hooking up the gas stove, the range microwave, and almost hooking up the water line to the fridge (I had plumbing issues that need fixing). The owner himself came by and assisted in the installation process. Overall, I give them 5/5 stars, due to pricing, personality, and promptness. Top notch ownership, management, and employees. They exemplify the way every business should be operated. My wife and I are very pleased, and have become Elwood’s customers for life!”

“This is definitely my go to spot to get ice cream. I am a big fan of the Cool Treats they have here. I recently learned they also have food or as they call it "Hot Eats." So while you can come here for Hot Eats, you can also get some Cool Treats. Either way, they'll treat you right. The "and Chill" in their name is not like the Netflix type. Not sure what the queen in their name is referring to as it seems to be a gender neutral establishment. They should change their name to Ice Cream Palace in my opinion.”

“I'm not even sure where to start on this review; I have been to plenty of places that seem to set the bar on certain things, it is however rare that I encounter a place that sets the bar in all areas, and exceeds all expectations. Crimson House Cafe is simply magical. As a random person on a road trip from Georgia, I was greeted and treated like I was a local, it felt genuine and natural. Then my food came (jalapeno quiche, and a Jefferson Street sandwich) and the wonderful experience continued.
