“I had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping here. I have to give Kudos to one of their employees named Rachael. She was VERY helpful. I needed an obscure lawnmower key duplicated and cut. Every other business I've asked flat out told me no. No one else would let me explain that the center locking grooves doesn't matter for my mower, only the two large grooves at the base of the key and the teeth matter. Rachael was willing to give it a shot with a similarly proportioned blank key. It took a couple of dud keys but she eventually produced a key that looked similar to mine. I got home, put it in my riding lawnmower and it fired right up! So now, if I lose the original key, I won't be forced to replace the entire starter! Excellent service!”

They were so kind, personable & professional. They went above beyond. They helped us search for things that we couldn’t find & suggested alternate, new products. We definitely bought more than we intended but PJ & Kevin made us dig deep into our wallets. PJ showed us some new cleaning products (which we would have never previously considered). Kevin suggested a new mop. I ended up buying a Mr Clean mop bucket that I didn’t think I needed...but Kevin is right I need this thing! At checkout our exceptional experience continued, Brandiwine helped us find bleach cleaner & disinfectants. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were treated with the utmost courtesy & respect. In a stressed out world, it’s nice to meet kind people. “I'm not giving a 5 star because, right now, they're not allowing you to try on the clothes. The dressing rooms had signs saying closed, but I ask a worker to verify. I spent $108.07, and only 3 things fit. Now you can return the clothes, but I'm from Louisville, KY so it's quite a drive. They give you 14 days to return items. I can't return them to a goodwill in Kentucky because they're separate. They had lots to chose from. Really cute clothes. They had a corn hole game there, and but I couldn't of fit it in my car. With social distancing they're not helping with furniture at this time.”

“Extremely disappointed in the customer service provided this evening. I recently bought a Steel 360 screen protector and they installed it for me. Within two weeks, I had bubbles. It finally got so bad a forth of the screen has them, so I decided to go in and get it replaced. Since I bought it within the last 30 days, I figured they would make things right and provide me a new one. The salesman said he could not help me unless I bought a new one. They will not stand behind their product. Buyer beware. Update: 1/16/2021 Brittany, the person who originally sold me my phone called to see if I was still liking my phone. After discussing my past issue, she quickly made the situation right. If you want outstanding customer service, just ask for her! Thank you for taking such good care for me.”
