“Prices are good but most of the stuff sold is off brand items. Which is okay as most are just as good as the name brand stuff. One drawback is you have to bring your own bags or buy them from the store. Also the carts require a quarter to use as they are locked to each other. Which makes the job of shopping more difficult if you forgot to bring one. Overall I do recommend shopping here. But a final observation would be that in all the times I've been in the store here in Anderson. It's been noticed that the cashiers are less than friendly or in a good mood. At times even saying that they've been cordial would be a stretch.”

“this is a very large Walmart they do have everything from soup to nuts very large grocery store I did find that their prices are very high in the grocery store compared to the other stores in our area our town. they do have a beauty salon inside as well as a Subway shop a place to buy glasses and a pretzel store. I was looking for fishing items and had no trouble finding what I wanted and the prices were good on that side is just the food that I find too expensive But you got to love Walmart”

“One of the last locally-owned full-service grocery stores in the area. Al's is Superior in their customer service as well as their quality. They do have a fairly large selection of craft beer. They also have a selection of vegan options in their prepared meals in the freezer section. They do have fresh meat, with a great butcher department for any of your needs. Their fried Chicken is probably the best in Michigan City. They also have great birthday cake options. Al's makes homemade donuts daily! Highly recommended for specialty items and daily shopping”

I travel 20miles to visit this location versus my hometown Walmart that is 3 miles from my home. Management should be commended and upper management of Walmart should use this location as a model for other locations.”
