“I’ve had Emily help me with a couple issues I was having. Migraine and Sciatica. I was having daily migraines for about a month. I live and work on the Northside, and choose to drive the 25mi and take a day off work to return to the Greenwood service dept rather than have a 2nd experience at the Infiniti shop 1/4 mi from my office location due to a bad first experience there. The Greenwood dealership service dept is a significantly better all around experience. After routine service appts for my previous Q60 and now my new one, I remain confident in the consistency of effective service and great customer experience to be had here. “Highly recommend Taylor made roofing. Chuck was very good to work with. They did what they said they would, when they said they would do it. Roofing crew was some of the hardest working people I’ve ever seen. Cure Gutterring replaced the Gutterring and did an excellent job. While tearing off the old roof there was a slight water leak staining the garage ceiling. After the job was completed ,Chuck had someone repair and paint the whole ceiling at no cost to me. The painter did a great job also. Their dedication to customer service and satisfaction is hard to find these days.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this credit union. They have always been helpful every time that I have interacted with them. They are often times more flexible than they need to be. The 2 times that I have overdrawn my account they haven't even charged me an overdraft fee as long as I put money in my account quickly. I feel like most other banks just watch your account hoping you will overdraft so they can charge you a fee. I don't think the other review on here is accurate at all. Sometimes people in this area have very bad attitudes and I feel like she was blaming her bad day on anyone that she could. Even if they did what she stated, from my experience they would have been more than happy to make the situation right. And as far as the life insurance being taken out of her account without her knowledge I feel like she should do a fraud alert on her credit report because that doesn't sound like Afena's fault that that happened. The only downside to Afena is that they don't support financial tools like Mint or Quicken. If they would change that then they would be the perfect place to do your banking.”
