I fully expected to have to jump through hoops and wait months for a reply. Two days later, Beth responded with the approval of the claim and an unexpected reimbursement for remounting my tire to the new wheel. I was unaware of the LIFETIME warranty of Lionshead wheels. So refreshing to have a company actually live up to its warranty claims. Even going beyond and passing a few bucks for tire remounting. Is it a PIA to have a cracked wheel? Yes, but stuff happens. This company will stand by their product.”
