Our honeymoon got rescheduled quite a few times due to COVID-19 but it was never a hassle because Beth was so kind, understanding and fantastic to work with. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pick and Pack Travel for any of your travel agent needs. Even if you think you do not need a travel agent, reach out anyways! Beth has years of experience that you can benefit from. “If you are bringing in a delivery, the receiving entrance is actually off of international drive at the northeast corner of the facility. Small signage but if you are paying attention, you will see the "medline" logo on the sign and arrow for receiving. Arrived 14 hrs early. Had 1100 appt, arrived 2100 night before. Allowed me to park on site overnight. Allowed me to check in @ 0615 and got me unloaded early... paperwork in hand in about 30 minutes. Nice folks. Would deliver here again!”

“We were out shopping in the area and decided to try out a new place, so we stopped in. The Bengals / Browns game was playing, and they had plenty of seating & tvs to accommodate. India was our waitress, and she was such a pleasure to talk to. She helped navigate us to our meal decisions, offering great feedback on items we discussed and were having a hard time choosing from. He ended up with the "Philly Cheese Steak," and I went for the "Rick's Philly" because I love red pepper relish, which it has on it. The food came out in a timely fashion, the portions were excellent and the philly's were hot and OHHH so good! The only thing that I didn't think was great was paying $1.50 for a side of ranch for dipping fries since I don't eat ketchup. We will definitely be stopping by again when in the area since we seen several items on the menu we'd like to try out.”

“Went there for the first time today. Got the 7" inch pizza it was so good. Good price 👍 very nice place. Can't wait to try the subs, the only things was I got the stuffed bread sticks there was only two and I thought the price was a little to high for that but they was very good. But other then that prices are not to bad. The people that work there are very nice and very helpful. I will keep going in there as long as they don't go to high with there prices. I had never been a lassus before I have always been a speedway person. So we will see how it goes. I love it that they have all the food choices. Its a must try place.”
