Their online banking system has changed over the years and each iteration has been an improvement... though while the site isn't spit and polish... that isn't the point, you can have an institution with a fantastic front and presentation but fails when it comes to dealing with me as a customer... I'll take the people service. AS A DEALER, they are also easy to work with and my rep for them is Brent Koehl who stays in touch and looks for solutions for me with my customers. This is an institution that looks for opportunities to take in customers and make loans work. Highly recommend folks.”
