“I couldn’t have asked for a better experience that I had with schnelker marine & power sports. From the 1st email, I received a response right away. Patrick our sales guy was wonderful, returning calls right away, answering all my questions. Within the first hour, I decided to purchase the machine I wanted. When I arrived I met with the office lady who said “ you must be Sarah” everyone was so friendly and there was no waiting. Then I met the owner, he came out and went above and beyond explaining all the functions of Polaris Ranger. He had the mechanic put on accessories I bought with a no wait, helped load the machine and even put new wiper blades on my truck because I couldn’t get them on. This is a top notch business with old school ways that actually takes the time with the customer and makes sure they are happy. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you again for the wonderful experience and such an awesome machine. Happy trails and making the hard work at the barn easier with the Polaris ranger ❤️❤️”

“I called R&K to pull my rv out of the mud. I got it stuck at the edge of my property, next to a field, weather changed fast, and I made a bad call. These guys were out here within the hour. Very respectful, kept me in the loop with what we were doing, and we had it out in minutes. (They have a big truck). The reason I'm taking the time to write the review. Is bc I asked them to pull me to the edge of the yard and leave me there, (thinking I can make the last 5' to the road in the rv when time comes) but they waited around while I sat my leveling blocks out and tried to drive up onto them. Thank god they waited. Turns out that wasn't gona work either. So they hooked me back up and pulled me to the street. Thank you very much for not driving off, even after the job was done. But waiting the extra 15 min for me to get myself stuck again. I appreciate it. And I've learned a lot about the limits of my rv in the process. Highly recommend!”

“This last Saturday I was driving a rental car and got a flat in Carrollton, Kentucky. And altho the roadside assistance of the rental company wasn’t offering much in the way of solutions. They did call these guys out to tow, and they brought my rental back to their shop, and put a spare tire on it without charging me, allowing me to continue on with my trip.
