“I stop here for lunch quite often, and have never had a particularly negative experience. This location gets SUPER busy during lunchtime (options in teeny tiny Waterloo are lacking), but as long as you come before 11:30 or after 12:30, your wait should be minimal. The ingredients in my sandwiches have always been fresh, and the employees are attentive and friendly. When I tell them "LOTS OF BANANA PEPPERS" they don't skimp. The building itself is quite nice and has a little fireplace. I'm happy to have such a nice option near my office!”

Our first two visits we were treated outstanding by the hostess and our waitress, Grace. Today, our experience was not like the rest UNTIL Joy Miller-Long, the manager, intervened. She took time to actually listen to our issue and picked up on the small details, such as our love for Bob Evans banana bread! Although she is a newer manager, she is the type of manager, and human more of us should strive to be!! I can't wait to see you and your team Joy on our next visit back home!!
