The key fob for my Model X stopped working while I was visiting Omaha. This Service Center fixed me up with 2 new fobs while I waited to get me back on the road. Thank you!

Test drove a Model Y. Very cool, but too small.

Had an emergency issue. Nikki took care of everything. While i was waiting a man who was considering buying, wanted to ask me questions about service as that was his biggest concern. I was there for service and Nikki was taking care of the issue getting me in for a new tire. Was a great example for the perspective buyer of world class Tesla service. If that guy makes a purchase she should get a bump!

2 years 90,000 miles I have spent $115 on a 12v battery. a few bucks on cabin filters and wipers. Just bought my 3rd set of tires $700 that is it in 90000 miles under $1600 So $.02 per mile maint. $.03 electricity.
