HIGHLY recommend! I needed balloons for something last minute, my regular distributor wanted to charge me a $50 rush fee so I went to my balloon group to look for other distributor recc's. Balloon World came highly recommended. I reached out on FB asking if they could ship same day, overnight. They replied within 10 minutes telling me they could. I ordered and then messaged them with the order #, just to make sure it would ship same day. They confirmed it would.
I couldn't figure out how to change the shipping method to overnight (my problem, not theirs.. it was there. lol..) so I chose ground and asked to upgrade in the comments. They called me right away to give me all of the overnight options and prices, and took payment for the additional amount. SO friendly and knowledgeable. (I think his name was Alex ??)
The prices are comparable OR lower than other distributors, and the customer service is top notch. It was a great experience and you've earned me as a regular customer. Thank you!
