I love it here! The only reason I'm leaving is because I am graduating. Maintenance requests are fast, property is kept up well, and much more!
I used to live here for past two years, moved out because we needed a bigger place. Apart from that, amazing locality, best for students, very Affordable and SUPER CLEAN.
Of course i have to mention how attentive Chandler is in providing any type of Maintenance service. If you can't reach him through call, make sure to leave a voice mail, he'll definitely call back within a day :-)
Even the guys who do the maintenance are very friendly, infact one of them helped me even to change a flat tire!!. Thank you guys.

I’ve lived at Birchwood since August. Chandler, the landlord, is always helpful, kind, and professional. Great location, the apartments are cozy, up-to-date and well-maintained. Exceptional quality for a very reasonable price.
