  Orangetheory Fitness as a fitness brand is great, but the Lenexa location is top notch. The coaches created the positive workout environment, which is great. But to me what takes it above and beyond is the admin staff. The group of ladies that work up front are wonderful! They take the time to know each member's name and check in on how things are going. They seem to be invested in each member as an individual, despite how many of us there are. The members are also really encouraging to each other. We're all there for our own goals but interact with each other to encourage the group. It's truly a great workout environment. Workouts are general yet personalized at the same time because it's all heart rate based. Great model. Great experience!

  The staff and coaches are so amazing! This is truly a place for all fitness levels! I would highly recommend checking out Orange Theory Fitness.

  I love Orangetheory because it is a great workout and it’s fun! I feel like I can do ANYTHING when I am done! And the trainers at the Lenexa studio are the best!! Love everything about it!

  Always a great workout....killer, but great!! Always something different!! Supportive and encouraging trainers!! Conscientious and caring staff!! It's a great place to break a sweat!! You always leave there feeling amazing!!

  The time goes fast. It's an all over workout- nothing I would ever think to do on my own. I've lost 10 pounds in 12 weeks! I like their music and I appreciate the encouragement to push yourself- on the treadmills, rowing, and weights
