“Dr. Viloria is the kind of dentist I've been looking for. I came in for my annual cleaning and check up. I also presented to him a broken tooth, which was attached to my partial. That same day, he graciously repaired it at the clinic. My previous experiences with the other dentists normally will take a week to repair my partial. I find him so attentive and compassionate. He truly did a great job, and I will definitely recommend him to others. Additional comment regarding Dr. Viloria's special attention to Eli's dental care and needs. Eli is very pleased and satisfied by the outcome of his visit with him recently. He'd been complaining to our previous dentists about his concerns, but they don't seem to address them and was just given a run around. We are so glad he took over the dental practice. “I recently had a great experience with this company. Truly excellent customer service shown by an Apria employee. Shawnee Mission Physicians Group (best primary care office in the area!) ordered a nebulizer for me as I suffer from asthma. 2-3 days later a gentleman called me, attempting to deliver my machine. He had called my work and cell a few times trying to get ahold of me due to an address miscommunication. He went as far as offering a workplace delivery, as it was on his way home. That would have been off the clock. Luckily, that wasn't necessary. He found my home in the end. This gentleman was truly concerned about my health and went above and beyond the norm to do his job.
