I had no previous experience with this dealership and this was the first time bringing in our Toyota Avalon for maintenance (bought at another dealership). From the moment pulling the car into the service bay, to the moment you get back in your car to leave, you're delivered exceptional customer service. Kim went out of her way to ensure my experience was phenomenal and I felt at home in a place I'd never visited before. I also truly appreciated the fact that they did not try to sell me on extra work that "needed" to be done to our vehicle when I only came in for regular maintenance - of which they did a great job with! These guys have gained the trust of a new customer after this experience! Can't thank you enough, Kim!

(December 13, 2018, 8:22 pm)Had an appointment for my Highlander to repair driver side door lock, Amy Mick (Service Rep) was very friendly and attentive. I sat in the waiting room for my vehicle while it was being repaired, repairs were made within a couple of hours and Amy kept me updated through the repairs - she was awesome. Overall service by the dealership was great.

(November 29, 2018, 8:37 pm)Today was my first time visiting Hendrick Toyota for a service appointment after a couple of maintenance lights lit up on my dash. I arrived 10 minutes before closing time to drop off my car for a next-day appointment to diagnose the issue. The two people working asked if I had a few minutes to wait, and they would check the codes right then. They gave me the all clear sent me on my way, no charge. I am so impressed by this service and very thankful!
