  I’ve been using Dr Kessler since 2015 and it’s always been a great experience! My appointment yesterday could not have went any better.. the woman and man at the reception desk were very helpful and pleasant. They got me back on time (so nice not having to wait for an appointment) and Dr Kessler was extremely friendly and professional. Would recommend anyone that’s looking for an all around good experience to go here!

  Great place to get an eye exam. No wait and I felt listened to and not rushed, the got it right the first time.

  Had a good experience getting my eyes looked at and my prescription created so that i could get some new eye glasses. What is not ao good is that i got a bill in the mail for a service i did not request. I called the number on the bill and was told that i had to call another store to talk to the office manager. This is bad customer service. Also with a business phone system they should be able to transfer calls. Either that or they can and the woman i spoke to did not k ow how or was too lazy to do that.

  Went there yesterday for the first time, didn't have an issue at all. Got right in for my appointment, the technician (whose name escapes me) was very friendly, we talked about our families, and were even joking around. Very nice guy! The Doctor (Dr. Reed) was prompt and very nice as well! He heard me out and we figured out why I've been having some issues. No complains so far!
