    We rented a car from Budget Car Rental for a road trip - while on our road trip, we backed into another car and scratched up the rear of our car. Budget sent this car to Hysom's Collision to repair the scratches on the car and forwarded me the bill. After receipt of the invoice, I was upset and emotional given the charges for this repair; I called up Hysom's Collision and spoke with the manager. My tone was harsh and accusative toward Mike, the manager who I spoke to, while I demanded explanations for each line item on the invoice. While Hysom's has a contract with Budget and he's not able to go into the details, he did explain to me the reasoning for the line items on the invoice that I didn't understand. He remained calm and professional while I was angered and rude. After his explanations, I apologized to Mike and thanked him for walking me though the items; I feel as though I was charged fairly for the work to the car. With that said, I have 2 lessons learned - 1. I appreciate the honesty of Hysom's and I will contact them for any work I may need in the future and 2. I will always get the additional insurance on rental cars from now on.

    I can't recommend this company enough to anybody that will listen! They went above and beyond just the physical fixing of the our vehicle and made sure I was comfortable and supported with all the insurance stuff! Great people, great service! Do yourself a favor and go to him with all your vehicle needs!

    Mike did a good job with the bed liner on my truck. I will be having him do some more work for me in the future

    Excellent customer service along with impressive results! Beautiful work. I definitely would recommend them to anyone!
