“Ordered a new power steering pump. Website says same day shipping, don't depend on that it didn't ship until the next day. I paid for next day shipping so it took two days to get it. Anyway it did get here and I was able to get my truck back on the road after trying two other pumps from O'Reilly's that were both DOA. I'm just going to get my parts from Toyota going forward it's worth a few extra bucks to avoid headaches.”

“We had a great experience purchasing our Nissan Titian. James our salesman is very knowledgeable he is also a good negotiator we went back and forth but was able to agree on a price that was fare for both of us. This is the second automobile we have purchased from James and the third from McCarthy Nissan. I will say the finance dept. could be quicker getting customers in and out but overall great day. Wish there would of been a second key or at least had a little help getting one.”

Take it one step further the gentleman who answered my questions appointment arrival and during service also let me know when the tech found something out side the service that needed addressed and it gave me the ability to have them take care of it tho I may not agree with the amount of the cost of service I am pleased to know there are still helpful people in the world. Wonderful staff and great service so far no other issues with the car. Thank you to all who helped me Thursday 8-19-2021 and I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!”
