He answered all of the questions we asked him with knowledgeable explanations. He expressed interest in helping us understand how to best care for our new unit and how to save money in doing so. Even when I called later with a follow up question, he was very kind and helpful. We have previously had only bad experiences with heating and cooling repairs/installs. Jake helped us find the perfect couch and got us connected with the lead designer Josh. Josh helped us narrow down our fabric choices and pick the right sectional and pillows to match our space. Josh made us feel at ease, gave us some laughs, provided us superb customer service and to top it off made sure we enjoyed some frozen custard and cookies! (Yes! They have custard and cookies!) I loved hearing about the history of this family owned business that started in Emporia! It is a gem for the state of Kansas and we highly recommend. Had another company come to fix our furnace only to say we needed a new one or could fix with a part that would be an outrageous amount I called One Hour out to get an estimate for a new furnace. Jordan assessed the equipment and told us we didn't even need it & if we did have an issue with a part it would be half the cost of the other company quoted. Jordan is friendly and very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend him or One Hour to anyone having problems with their systems. 1”

“1.14.19- once again top notch 5 star service from Polestar. We use them for all heating/cooling and plumbing needs. They are always honest and fix the issue without forcing you into an expensive fix. Brian came today and was fantastic. Fixed an issue with our heater than has existed for multiple years. First time the gas part of our heater worked properly! Loni was prompt and very courteous. He spent over 1.5 hours ensuring the unit was running properly and walked me through each step. I will definitely use Polestar for my Heating and AC going forward.”
