“I have been driving around kc all day in a pool of sweat trying to find storage, I googled this place and It had good reviews so I thought id check it out. As I was pulling up I noticed there is an Extra Space storage right next to this place, and stopped in them to see what they had. I was pretty set on the Extra space next to Walmart until I walked into this iStorage. the guy working there was insanely nice and made me feel like he would handle all of the worry my wife and I had and as if we were family! Yea, they are like 5 bucks higher but the property was nicer and this guy just made us feel good and laugh. THATS customer service...but I forgot my wallet, so I'm writing this as were headed back home to get it hahaha!”
