  My husband and I have been Dr. Jay's patients since 1989 when he was located in Lawrence, KS, and our kids grew up going to him. He's exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, and courteous, and goes out of his way to make sure you're not only getting a state-of-the-art eye exam but the also the best deal you can on your contacts and such.

  We have gone to Burlingame & Mock Vision Center for 9 years and feel very confident that our proper care is of utmost importance to them. We usually see Dr. Cindi, but have on occasion seen others, and have complete confidence in all the Drs. here.
