“This is a really extraordinary optical shop. Paula gives amazing customer service and expertise. She advised me on a pair of lenses I had gotten set elsewhere (the shop I had come from had botched the job), and she gave me detailed guidance on how to have a conversation about replacing the lenses and why they weren't right. I ended up buying a pair of glasses from her and she spent about an hour with me helping with fit etc. of the lenses when I chose, and the glasses were perfect when I picked them up. I am also considering a secondary glasses purchase and she gave me terrific detailed advice as well as highly personalized service. When you have someone return your call at the end of the day when they can be clocking out and going home, and they spend 30 minutes on the phone with you to be of service, I say that their work and dedication should be congratulated.
