“Unfortunately we chose this place to have a birthday part for my son who became I'll the day of he party. I was told I would only be charged for cancellation fee and recieve the party fee back. Then I get a call that I am required to pay a cancellation fee, and they are keeping the party fee. Out $195 plus all the party supplies, no party for my sick kid. That makes sense. This is definitely overdue. The Millcreek team did exactly as they said their response. They did take care of us. And they have been great ever since.”
