“Who looks forward to going to the dentist? Actually, I do! You cannot leave that office without a smile on your face! Although I have been a patient of Dr Shortell for over 20 years, I really never thought about doing a review until I left his office yesterday. I can honestly say I was in awe of the state of the art equipment and technology he used to create just my temporary front teeth. I still can’t figure out how he did it in such a short amount of time and these temporaries look exactly my original teeth but whiter! I have 100% confidence in what he does.....I need to tell him that he can never retire!”

“I have been using Doyle Opticians for as long as I can remember. My ophthalmologist recommended Brian. What a great find for me! The nicest most knowledgeable helpful optician you'll ever find. When my mom stayed with me, and she was along in years, he even fit her with glasses and she wore them till she passed many years later. I relocated to the Pacific Northwest and I still go back to get my glasses from Brian. I cannot imagine going anywhere else! He is the real deal! His father was an optician and he followed in his footsteps! Doyle Opticians is not one of those places where a 'trained staff member' assists you. And if you have any issues, he corrects it and stands behind his craftsmanship. He gives you direction and is never pushy. Gives you the options and you get to choose. I personally go with his recommendations as I trust him. And after 20 plus years, I'm a loyal customer. I would give him ten stars if I could.”

“I fell and knocked myself out in Italy. When I woke up I could not move my arms or my legs for a couple of minutes. It was really scary. I was scheduled for a MRI on the Monday after I saw my PC at home. But before the MRI, my left arm stopped going any higher than elbow high. Monday’s MRI combined with the loss of movement in my arm led to an immediate admission to the ER. Fortunately, Dr. Clough was on call and came by to see me. He had a sense of humour and kindness before he got down to business. He told me I was extremely lucky that I got my feeling back in my arms and legs because I could have just as easily woken up a quadriplegic. My spine was so full of arthritic changes it was necessary to clean them out immediately. Then he also had to clear out C3-4 and C5-6 to allow the nerves to get through to my arm. Dr. Clough had a booked schedule for the week, but he rearranged it so he did surgery the first day he was back to work. ( He was on call all night and had Tuesday off to sleep and recover). He was an absolutely wonderful surgeon. He managed to get me transferred from a double room to a private room at my request. I was going to go to rehab for a few days after my release, but my recovery had been so well and swift, that I was too healthy to go to rehab. He was a miracle worker. He also had a wonderful bedside manner. I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering neurosurgery. He is outstanding. And my stay at Menorah Hospital was just as good. Excellence service.”

“Just wanted to give a quick review to the maintenance man Nick. My husband and I were locked outside of our apartment at 9 pm at night. We called maintenance and at first we didn’t get any response for an hour or so. Then finally after an hour the maintenance manger Nick called and was able to finally come and help us get back inside. He was very polite and so helpful. He apologized that we had to wait so long. Thank you so much Nick for helping us out! We appreciate you!”

“I am not the kind of person to leave a review anywhere for any reason but this office deserves more than 5 stars. Every single time I call, I am met with the happiest and the most friendly voices on the other end. No matter who it is, they are always so kind and respectful to me. When we come in for my daughter's check ups, they always go above and beyond for her. The staff every step of the way does the best they can to make sure she is comfortable and Happy so my daughter has a positive attitude about going to the doctors. The nurse staff always are so friendly and kind to us and do all that they can to make my baby feel better. Even if it is just putting a smile on her face, it makes everything 100 times better. I couldn't ask for better doctors for us either. If one Dr. Wasn't available to see us, the other would always do their best to make time as soon as the could. I know with confidence that when anyone walks through those doors, they are a priority to all the staff in the clinic. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for family care because this is the best care we have ever received.”
