“Orangetheory Fitness as a fitness brand is great, but the Lenexa location is top notch. The coaches created the positive workout environment, which is great. But to me what takes it above and beyond is the admin staff. The group of ladies that work up front are wonderful! They take the time to know each member's name and check in on how things are going. They seem to be invested in each member as an individual, despite how many of us there are. The members are also really encouraging to each other. We're all there for our own goals but interact with each other to encourage the group. It's truly a great workout environment. Workouts are general yet personalized at the same time because it's all heart rate based. Great model. Great experience!”
