“Kevin and Sharon have been nothing but wonderful since I moved in. Any maintenance requests were taken care of quickly. Both maintenance men that came to my home were always kind and respectful of my home. The downfall would be some neighbors and their upkeep of homes but management does a good job keeping things looking nice. We were here for 2 years and never had any major problems. The reason for 4 stars was the home was damaged upon move in and it took quite some time to get the exterior damage repaired. ????”

“Apartments are beautiful! Staff is nice. Very quiet area. Only issue I has was the pool had a certain group that would be there all weekend every weekend and in my opinion (and others I spoke with) very inappropriate with their behavior and language. To the point I just didn't feel comfortable going to the pool, which was very disappointing.”

“I LOVE living here! ❤️ The office staff is so nice and maintenance has provided same day service for the year I've lived here. Usually, maintenance can be the #1 complaint. Not at this community! Honestly, they care about their residents and it shows. Apartment living can be tricky and a good place is VERY hard to find. If you are looking for a new home. Don't think twice, this is the place for you! West End at City Center is definitely Lenexa's best kept secret!”
