“Really enjoyed a scent my friend had and she said it was Winter Candy Apple from Bath and Body Works. They had a sale going on that is buy 2 get 1 free or buy 3 and get 3 free. Choosing between those options was a no brainier so we walked out with the 6. Very wide range of scents and a huge collection of winter and holiday favorites. Worth checking out if you have a special someone that would enjoy different fragrances.”

“I totally smashed my phone screen while out of the country on vacation and took it here to have if fixed. Unfortunately when they opened it up to fix the screen it caused other issues with it charging. They went above and beyond to try to get my phone to work again but ultimately it was unsalvageable. I appreciate the fact that they went above and beyond to try to help me and were beyond kind. I recommend them 100%”

“I can not say enough about this wonderful boutique. I have been a client for several years, even when they had their store at the downtown plaza. Everytime I have visited the store,the customer service has been impeccable. The girls work with you to help add a twist to and compliment your style. They recommend options that you may have not thought of putting together...and you walk out feeling like a new high end super model. I always end up doing my biggest shopping spree when I visit their store. During my most recent visit I worked with Mikayla and Catherine. Mikayla gathered a whole bunch of combinations to go with a skirt that I had picked out..and I ended buying pretty much all of them. She was so accommodating and happy to help me out, and great energy. Catherine was the gal who rang me up at the register and she was absolutely delightful to make the transaction with. She actually had to ship me my items and took the time to communicate with me via texting as I live in Columbia. What this store does is far way and above to provide the best customer service and well trained sales representatives. I will continue to visit this store and keep bringing my friends who are equally in love with the boutique. Ladies if you have not visited this store I urge you to make the stop and look at their selection of clothing. Truly exquisite items,from apparel,to accessories and jewelry..and if you happen to hit their sales..seriously get your credit cards out because its the best one! “I don’t know why this was our first time in this place but we are now forever customers! From the moment we walked in we were well taken care of. Jake helped us find the perfect couch and got us connected with the lead designer Josh. Josh helped us narrow down our fabric choices and pick the right sectional and pillows to match our space. Josh made us feel at ease, gave us some laughs, provided us superb customer service and to top it off made sure we enjoyed some frozen custard and cookies! (Yes! They have custard and cookies!) I loved hearing about the history of this family owned business that started in Emporia! It is a gem for the state of Kansas and we highly recommend. No matter your budget or what you are looking for— look here first. They have a great selection and are also very kid friendly (If you have kiddos they have tricycles the kids can ride!) “The staff here is always so nice and helpful. This morning i was trying to purchase online to pick up in store. The website kept booting me out. I think it was my phone really, its really old. Anyways, I called and Maryella (i hope i am spelling it right, if not forgive me) from guest services and I told her the issue I was having. Before I could ask if she could look to see if they had it and place it at guest services, she was already offering to do that. She found what I needed and made sure it had my husbands name on it. I kept speaking as she was getting ready to speak because I was not ready for her to give me 10/10 customer service. My apologies for speaking over you. I know that sounds weird but not all places give this level of customer service anymore. Sounds simple but sometimes I have to walk them each stepof the way like or they will not ask any of the questions above. She really deserves to be noticed for doing her job so well and with a great attitude. Thank you again. Will shop again soon.”

“I love this place! My German Shepard mix is 16 and I do not feel comfortable leaving him with a groomer anymore. The self serve washing stations are so awesome for my old man. “My family and friends have come to this location for close to 20 years for their cakes and tea cookies, and although I think the atmosphere at the other location is the better of the two, you can not go wrong with either. “I recently had a great experience with this company. Truly excellent customer service shown by an Apria employee. Shawnee Mission Physicians Group (best primary care office in the area!) ordered a nebulizer for me as I suffer from asthma. 2-3 days later a gentleman called me, attempting to deliver my machine. He had called my work and cell a few times trying to get ahold of me due to an address miscommunication. He went as far as offering a workplace delivery, as it was on his way home. That would have been off the clock. Luckily, that wasn't necessary. He found my home in the end. This gentleman was truly concerned about my health and went above and beyond the norm to do his job. Thank you!”
