She was very specific about what she wanted and we had already spent our day going from dealership to dealership without much luck and not much faith in the customer service we had experienced. Reed Auto Group was our last stop and Tim was our last hope. He greeted us like we were normal folks and really listened to what we wanted. He just wasn't there to push us into any car. He was really great at engaging our daughter and left a positive lasting impression on us and especially our daughter for her first car buying experience.
