“I've lived in the apartments for 3 years and honestly haven't had any major issues. I've seen 2 spiders in that time and haven't seen anything else. The little neighborhood is quiet and I haven't had any issues there either. For the square footage and price, I'd say it's the best place in the OP area. Definitely recommend looking into colonial gardens if you're looking for apartments.”
