“I've brought my cars to Scott for more than 10 years. He and Brian have always taken great care of all of my vehicles, breaking down the issues into the categories of what must be done now (for safe operation of the vehicle), what should be done and the time frame in which the repair should be completed, and what can be put off for much later. Whenever my kids' cars needed work, they knew they could go straight to Scott's shop and he would take care of their car. His prices are reasonable and he is completely honest. I've never had any complaint about him or anyone who works in his shop. I always recommend Scott to anyone who is new to our community and needs a good auto mechanic.”

“Jason and his team built us a custom pool in 2018. Overall, the quality of work was excellent and the pricing was very fair. CONSTRUCTION: The pool was built right. All the stuff you don't see in the end was done well: earthwork, foundations, fill, rebar, piping. The liner was a perfect, smooth fit. We had custom concrete stamping and coloring, a water feature, and they even built our fence. Everything was done well! Since it's a new pool, I'll be sure to update this post in the future if we have problems, but I doubt we will. PRICING: I was surprised when I shopped around, Jason's pricing is very affordable. Also, some contractors make their money on change orders. I'm happy to say there were no surprises. We were charged just as our contract read, and when we even added a few extras (cover, water feature, gas heater, fence) the pricing was transparent and fair. SCHEDULE/COMMUNICATION: It looks like this is the biggest issue from other reviews. Here's the thing, these guys are busy! they have a back log because they're good! I'll admit that Jason was a bit hard to get in touch with before our construction started. BUT, once they started, communication was fine! It's obvious they focus on their current projects. Just remember they are a small company, they don't have a sales department or customer service department. You're talking directly with the owner, so give him a break! If you don't hear back just bug him, I don't think he minds. As far as schedule, he told us in January he though he could start in June. He ended up starting in July. He estimated our total construction time would be 3-4 weeks. It ended up being 6 weeks. That's not that bad, especially since we added some extras! If you want the absolute most professional, responsive pool builder, maybe you need to call one of the big companies and pay more for a cookie cutter pool. For me, Jason and Clearwater were the best value. We have an awesome, custom pool, that was pretty affordable. I'm happy we hired them!”

“ATA Martial Arts in Leavenworth has exceeded my expectations. My 5 year old is not only learning tae kwon do, but valuable lessons in respect, self-discipline, and personal safety. She's only been participating for about 2 months, but already I've noticed a difference at home -- when I ask her to do something she will now spontaneously say, "Yes ma'am" rather than argue with me. Mr. Banks and Mr. Goff are wonderful with the kids and have excellent classroom management skills (as is needed with any group of 4-6 year olds). I truly believe that kids of any age can benefit from martial arts training, and there is no better place to learn than ATA Martial Arts in Leavenworth.”
