Recently we completed the Banner of Honor project featuring Veteran Banners downtown and they turned out amazing. We also completed a Street Pole Banner project with 60+ banners and again, awesome, on time and reasonably priced. When you visit downtown, the most creative signs are products of Ann Hoins' creativity and the staffs production and installation. We are proud that Young Sign Company is located in historic downtown Leavenworth and is an asset to the entire metro KC area.”

In reading previous reviews and comparing to our own experience i think it may now be run by new management. The service in this store is impeccable, they greet you with a friendly hello every time, without fail, upon entrance. The dining area is spotless. The sub making line is organized and very proficient which helps when it gets busy. The sub-makers (employees) take genuine care with your sub and don't slop and slap the ingredients in like i've experienced at other competing restaurants. I've also noticed the franchisee/owner? (can't be sure) is always there helping, appreciating and encouraging his staff - it's been very noticeable in the short times we've been at the counter. Not only is it a great place to dine in but i have no doubt it to be a fantastic place to work, too. Simply, eat here, support this business, this place is awesome - so much so that i had to write this review!”

“Great customer service, value, and quality. My wife and I have been looking to replace her car, which had suddenly stopped working. We were having difficulty finding financing to get a new car regardless of our great credit score. After giving up on private financing, we drove to Leavenworth to two different car dealerships and failed to find value. Before we left town we stopped at Bengies not knowing what we would find but upon looking through the lot we found a car that was exactly what we were looking for. We had a friendly greeting from Bryant and he was quick to tell us information on all of the cars that we were looking at, we requested if we could take one of the cars for a test drive and they happily obliged. These guys are fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again to see what they have in their lot when we need another car eventually.”

“This is one of my favorite places to get good pizza in town. I hear a lot of people say, "Pizza? From a gas station? I'll pass." Those people are missing out! They make their dough in house! The pizzas can be quite pricey if you order a whole one. Just remember to check their website monthly for coupons and promotions, because at least a few times a year they will have a $12 large 3 topping or something similar available.”
