  Great customer service, value, and quality.
  
  My wife and I have been looking to replace her car, which had suddenly stopped working. We were having difficulty finding financing to get a new car regardless of our great credit score. After giving up on private financing, we drove to Leavenworth to two different car dealerships and failed to find value. Before we left town we stopped at Bengies not knowing what we would find but upon looking through the lot we found a car that was exactly what we were looking for. We had a friendly greeting from Bryant and he was quick to tell us information on all of the cars that we were looking at, we requested if we could take one of the cars for a test drive and they happily obliged. This was on a Saturday afternoon so banks were getting ready to close and they worked quickly to get our financing set up so that we could finish the deal on Monday while letting us take the car home so we weren’t without transportation. These guys are fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again to see what they have in their lot when we need another car eventually.

  We bought our ‘16 Honda Fit from Benji’s in early November 2018. The ‘16 Honda Fit had good miles, a good Carfax and was newer by 3 years than our last Honda Fit.
  
  Upon entering the vehicle to initially view it, I noticed that the touch screen was pretty dirty, the back right window was tinted a different color than the other windows (random ????), and that there were stains in the passenger seat and trunk. We didn’t sweat these as we figured that we could easily fix these slight issues. When the stains were mentioned to our salesman, they were cleaned. We didn’t mention the dirty screen as we could easily clean this ourselves. I only mention these points because I felt the level of professionalism for Benji’s was initially a bit of a put off but we still had faith that they would improve.
  
  Due to our low income, it took quite a bit of finagling to help us purchase the car. Michael in the financing office was AMAZING! We did receive an excellent rate for loans. That and the decent price for this ‘16 Honda Fit ($11500) is why I am choosing at least a 4- star rating.
  Our salesman, whose name I cannot recall, was QUITE pushy with the extra warranty package. Just FYI.
  
  Upon purchase of this car, we were promised a second car key fob within a few days as both my husband and I drive often and have only the one vehicle.
  
  It is now almost Christmas and although we were promised the key fob several weeks ago there was some problem on their end each time we had contact. Due to only having one car key, I have had to walk to my husband’s work several times to retrieve the key: which was not a pain but just off-putting. My husband has had to walk home from work to retrieve the key from me. Needless to say, in this KC winter weather, this hasn’t always been fun. However, we were told that this Friday Dec 14th, Benji’s could finally make it for us! Excited and relieved, we cleared our schedules for the afternoon, drove the 40 minutes to Benji’s and were (unfortunately) informed that they didn’t have one made for us and they couldn’t make one for us. We were instructed to drive to the company that does it for them, about 10 minutes away. Annoyed, we drove to this locksmith company only to be told that they could not help us either! We’re now just waiting to schedule another time next week to get this dang key!
  
  In conclusion, we received an excellent car deal at an excellent rate but due to the lack of professionalism and poise that I expect from a car sales company, I probably wouldn’t choose Benji’s again.

  I have purchased and traded 4 vehicles here, and always had a great experience. This is my go to place. If you know what to look for and what you're looking for, they're more than fair and just awesome to work with. Never drove away regretting my decision. And great service after the purchase as well!
