“Went in just to browse. The low mileage newer year used vehicles at amazing prices made us purchase within 3 days (our time was limited each day for personal reasons so it wasn’t their doing). Rick was amazing and made us feel extremely comfortable. We went in for 1 car and walked out with 2! (They are that good and that well priced) We did visit other dealerships and almost immediately walked out (without trying to be rude) due to customer service being so different! Reggie in finance (we were dreading this and went in guns blazing to hold to our plan) was amazing. He worked numbers a bunch of different ways all that we asked him to do. Gave us some years of experience advice to help us better decide. Was upfront and honest. Was the best finance department experience we have ever had in purchasing vehicles! Thank you Zeck Ford! “6pm 07/05/22 - Was attended by a young woman there. She was quick with helping us trade in my wife's phone for a new one. The quickest we've experienced at a phone store to the past. So we we're very happy with that. But a couple of comments: 1. The sales person seemed quite distracted by her own phone. To the point that it seemed like we were interrupting her than her helping us. 2. We were never offered any insurance coverage on the new phone. I believe she may even forgot to ask. But all in all it wasn't a bad experience. But this sales person needs to be more in focus with customer when helping them and leave personal phone activities away when no customers are there. “Great customer service, value, and quality. My wife and I have been looking to replace her car, which had suddenly stopped working. We were having difficulty finding financing to get a new car regardless of our great credit score. After giving up on private financing, we drove to Leavenworth to two different car dealerships and failed to find value. Before we left town we stopped at Bengies not knowing what we would find but upon looking through the lot we found a car that was exactly what we were looking for. We had a friendly greeting from Bryant and he was quick to tell us information on all of the cars that we were looking at, we requested if we could take one of the cars for a test drive and they happily obliged. “This is one of my favorite places to get good pizza in town. I hear a lot of people say, "Pizza? From a gas station? I'll pass." Those people are missing out! They make their dough in house! The pizzas can be quite pricey if you order a whole one. Just remember to check their website monthly for coupons and promotions, because at least a few times a year they will have a $12 large 3 topping or something similar available.”

He and Brian have always taken great care of all of my vehicles, breaking down the issues into the categories of what must be done now (for safe operation of the vehicle), what should be done and the time frame in which the repair should be completed, and what can be put off for much later. Whenever my kids' cars needed work, they knew they could go straight to Scott's shop and he would take care of their car. His prices are reasonable and he is completely honest.
